History:
Fiat 508 Balilla was Italys most popular car during the 1930s, with the 508C variant debuting in 1937. It featured a 1,100cc four-cylinder engine, delivering 32 horsepower and a top speed of 90km/h. The Fiat 508 CM Coloniale was developed as a military version, configured for rough terrain with larger tyres and a robust chassis. Although designed for officer transport and HQ operations, its mechanical reliability made it suitable for reconnaissance missions in North Africa. The 2-wheel drive configuration combined with compact size offered mobility and versatility on the battlefield.
