History:
The T-34/85 was developed in 1943 to counter improved German tanks such as the Panther and Tiger. With its upgraded 85mm ZiS-S-53 gun and reinforced armour, it restored the Red Army’s ability to challenge German armour on the battlefield. The Factory No.183 variant was among the most widely produced. During the Battle of Berlin in April–May 1945, T-34/85s spearheaded Soviet assaults into the heart of the city, symbolising the final victory over Nazi Germany. Its combination of firepower, mobility, and durability cemented its reputation as one of the most influential tanks of the Second World War.
