Use the Fixer Fluid to brush targeted areas, then apply powder either directly or pre-mixed. Reapplying layers builds up depth, perfect for simulating thick plant life or algae build-up. The Fixer Fluid is water-dilutable and offers a glossy finish for realistic wet-look effects. You can also blend colours from SPG06 and SPG07 to expand your creative range.
