Rail Weathering Paint Set CS-21
The LifeColor Rail Weathering Set CS-21 provides an ideal selection of tones for replicating the weathered and worn appearance of railway rolling stock, track infrastructure, and buildings. These water-based acrylics can be applied by brush or airbrush and offer superb coverage and blending ability for creating realistic finishes.
This set includes six LifeColor acrylic paints:
- UA 201 Gelbbraun RAL 8020
- UA 202 Sandgrau RAL 7027
- UA 203 Grunbraun/Gelbbraun RAL 8000
- UA 204 Dunkelgelb RAL 7028
- UA 205 Rotbraun/Schokoladen Braun RAL 8017
- UA 206 Olivgrun RAL 6003
These earthy and muted colours are suitable for weathering wooden sleepers, steel rails, gravel ballast, and rolling stock. They can also be combined with pigment powders or washes for additional effects.
Using LifeColor:
- Ensure surfaces are clean before painting.
- Thin with LifeColor Thinner or water for airbrush use.
- Apply in multiple thin coats, allowing each to dry before proceeding.
- Clean tools with water or LifeColor Cleaner after use.
