LifeColor Shell Case Perfect Metal Set 1 CS-47 is a specialised acrylic paint collection designed for replicating the metallic finish of shell casings and spent munitions. With a variety of brass tones and steel finishes, this set provides the flexibility needed for both fresh and weathered metallic effects in military dioramas and scale models.

These water-based acrylics are formulated to adhere well to plastic, resin, metal, and other surfaces common in modelling. The fine pigments produce realistic matt metallic effects, suitable for fine detailing or weathering applications.
Using LifeColor:
- Shake well before use.
- Apply directly by brush or thinned for airbrushing.
- Use low pressure (10–20 psi) when airbrushing.
- Apply in thin layers, allowing each to dry before recoating.
- Clean tools with water or acrylic cleaner after use.
