History
Michael Wittmann was one of the most successful German tank commanders of WWII, credited with over 130 tank kills. His early production Tiger I, famously marked S04 and later 1331, became symbols of battlefield dominance during operations in Russia and Normandy. The early production Tiger I featured a drum-style commander’s cupola, Feifel air filters, and the deadly 88mm KwK 36 gun. Wittmann’s aggressive tactics and high-profile actions, including the famed ambush at Villers-Bocage, cemented his status in tank warfare history. This kit offers modellers the chance to build historically accurate replicas of two of his most recognised vehicles with unmatched interior and exterior fidelity.
