Tamiya Crusader Mk III Anti-Aircraft (1/48)
This 1/48 scale Tamiya model kit recreates the British Crusader Mk.III Anti-Aircraft tank, a unique adaptation of the Crusader cruiser tank that served in Europe from the Normandy landings onwards. Developed after the Crusader was retired from its main battle tank role, this version mounted twin 20mm Oerlikon cannons in an open-topped turret, designed to defend against low-flying aircraft. The Mk.III variant moved the radio from the turret to the hull, increasing crew efficiency and space within the fighting compartment.
