This 1/48 scale Tamiya model kit recreates the versatile Kettenkraftrad, paired with an infantry cart and the Goliath demolition vehicle. Widely used by the German military during WWII, the Kettenkraftrad served in multiple roles, from towing artillery and equipment to acting as a transport or communications vehicle. Its ability to tow up to 4 tons made it invaluable to both the army and Luftwaffe.
The lightweight infantry cart could be pulled by men, animals, motorcycles, or the Kettenkraftrad itself, offering great adaptability. The included Goliath demolition vehicle represents a remarkable piece of engineering — a remote-controlled tracked vehicle carrying a 60kg explosive charge, designed for precision demolition tasks.
