The Tamiya Russian Medium Tank T-34/85 (1/48) kit recreates one of the most important tanks of WWII. Developed as an upgrade to the T-34/76, the T-34/85 addressed the threat posed by German heavy armour, introducing a new turret design with an 85mm gun and improved armour protection. First produced in January 1944, it played a key role in Soviet offensives such as Operation Bagration and the final push into Berlin in 1945.
