This 1/35 scale model recreates the German Sd.Kfz. 222 armoured car, a highly mobile 4WD reconnaissance vehicle widely used during the middle stages of WWII. Its distinctive welded armour plates and open-top rotating turret, fitted with grenade deflecting mesh screens, provided both offensive and defensive versatility. Armed with a 20mm main gun and a 7.92mm machine gun, the Sd.Kfz. 222 served effectively in both anti-aircraft and light anti-armour roles. Powered by a 4WD chassis with fully independent suspension, it could reach speeds up to 90km/h and was capable of tackling rough terrain with ease.
