History: The M1132 Engineer Squad Vehicle (ESV) is one of ten mission-configured vehicles in the Stryker family. Introduced in the early 2000s, it was developed to provide combat engineers with rapid mobility support in mine- and IED-threatened environments. Fitted with mine ploughs, line charges, and marking systems, the M1132 clears safe paths for troops and vehicles. It played a key role in Iraq and Afghanistan, and remains an essential element of US Army Stryker Brigades tasked with fast, armoured responses in complex terrain.
